2012 Season

The Overscaig is a small hotel in a remote part of the North Highlands. We have been awarded the EatScotland standard each year since 2006 and were one of the first in Sutherland to receive the EatSafe award for excellence in hygiene and food management systems.

Since August 2004, the Overscaig has been upgraded from 2 Star to 3 Star in the VisitScotland Quality Assurance scheme. In addition, our improving local reputation means we are getting an increasing number of local people in to the restaurant for evening meals.

For the 2012 season (April/May to September) we are looking for staff for the following positions:

Chef & Housekeeper
We are looking to recruit a Chef/Cook and a Housekeeper/FoH, preferably a couple. Live-in accommodation provided plus meals. Due to remote location own transport necessary.
